Default throttle lag ?/?

i have another question........i have a 2011 103 streetglide with the pro 103 upgrade kit installed......( se259e cams...10.5 to 1 pistons.....etc.)....as well as i had installed some new pyo monkeybars......and had new chrome mastercylander and cables ran and grips.....but i am noticing as i crack the throttle.....i notice a lag from hearing the motor rev....to seeing to the rpm rev.......im wondering if the throttle position sensor is not working properly....i don't recall this before on my other bike.....buts its definatly noticable.....not really feeling it in the bike from when i rev the throttle....just seeing it in the tach.....any thoughts ????

i read over what i wrote....not as clear as i thought...but when i open the throttle......i hear the engine rev....no hesitation....the hesitation is at the rpm gauge......
