Something stinks alright - I would like to see the cease and desist letter the retiring owner got from MOCO regarding Zanotti's internet sales department.
Wow!!! I got a shipping notice from them Oct 26th concerning my last order. Backorder parts were actually about a week ahead of schedule. Must have been right at their deadline. Hope someone else takes their internet business that can compete with the old Zanotti. I search every time before placing an order and for what I buy, all those other Dealers mentioned in previous posts couldn't compete with Zanotti.
folks, if zanotti's is shutting their internet sales down, don't fret....
a few posts up, is pcpain, order from him. he has consistently beat zanotti's prices on my orders. i used to use z's a lot, now, i don't even bother. pcpain is my first, and last, stop.
wow i just ordered a fender from them, supposed to be 3 week lead time from the factory, i hope i still get it, i thought it was funny they already charged my card before they even had it to ship

Thanks much for the info. Has anybody mentioned him before? And if not, why not?
Weird they would shut down their internet business just because the owner is retiring. Just doesn't make any sense to me.
Why. The owner is retiring and shutting down the business. Why would he want to stay around to run the internet business that is probably more work. Selling it off is his best bet. The new owner simply changes the name on the website. If the owner soesn't have a dealership, where is je going to get the HD parts from?

pretty sure he's been mentioned before. he can't say anything, because it could be construed as 'advertising', but i (and a lot of other folks) highly recommend him. he's a good dude, plus he rides a road glide
Can thank HDs policies stopping bulk sales and international sales. That kept these smaller shops going but HD put the kaboshes on it. I used to spend $2000 per month with them and they had to stop selling to me last October . Patti at the time felt she her job was in jeopardy and I don't believe she is there anymore. Corporate greed.
Sad to hear about Zanitti's they have been a main stay on these treads. I just found PC Pain on the RG forum. Those guys over there have nothing but good things to say about him and his department. I will give him a call on my next order. Wish I would have seen this a couple days ago. I just dropped 2k at Zanitti's, not disappointed I did but would have shopped around and given PC Pain's shop a chance.
