Had mine 18 months now, 11,000 + miles. Love every chance to eat up some miles on it! Welcome to the shark society!

Just wait until you realize the head light don't turn when you are going around a corner....

Seriously though, congrats.

My 2004 Road King Custom was a great bike, but didn't ride as good as the wife would like on long trips and as I can Ride pretty much all year here and the old bike was getting up in miles I traded it for a left over 2011 RGU with the power pack. I am just amazed at how nice this bike is. It feels much lighter than the road king and handles slow speeds much better. I will have the stage 1 done tomorrow, I am going with the V&H HO slip ons. After about 1000 miles it will be cam time wooo hooo. I wish I had bought this bike a long time ago.
Funny, I had the same year and model road king and just traded it in on a 12 FLHTK. The new bikes sure are nice.

Sorry.... but you really won't like the answer to that.... I mean just getting your FLHT to where you like it and all With lowers and my Clearview tall shield, I can light a Bic lighter at 65 mph.

Thank guys. This bike gets better every time I get on it. It is a little breezy with the wind splitter shield but not a problem at all. Still can't get over how well this bike handles.

Welcome to the dark side! Well it's not so dark anymore now everyone is shining their head lights that don't turn......

On the windsplitter - I tried it and took it back. Clearview for me and yes you can light a bic at 65mph!
