Let's give you a little background, I ride a black Harley, I've never considered having anything other than a black Harley. Heck I thought Harleys only came in black.

I stopped by my local dealer and they had a two tone blue (Jake & Elwood Blue) Road King Classic with gold leaf lettering and accents.

I think it spoke to me. I was planning on adding another bike to my stable late next year. I think I found it.

It's funny but this color combination looks like krap on the HD website but in person it just jumped at me.

 

In my profession, we would call that a "message from God". It's best to act quickly and decisively in these circumstances. Better make some more room in the garage! Remember what Jake and Elwood would say: "We're on a mission from God..." - I would definitely take that as a sign!

Oh, and your confused, Harleys do...... only come in black!

School buses are yellow. Fire trucks are red and Harleys are black.

If you get the bike.... see if the dealer will throw in 4 fried chickens and a coke.

 

Same here, last 4 harleys. Black, saw the roadglide in pewter and it got ordered same day. Still love black, but on this bike it had to be pewter for me.

 

Hey, black scooters are faster. Something about the molecular make up of the paint vs wind resistance, bla bla bla, lol..................

 

And some dry white toast.

 

And 4 fried chickens...
