Default Aero windshield thickness

Hi guys,
I am looking for a shorter, and aero dynamic windshield to reduce the buffering, but I have learned one thing that may be a problem for my set up as I have a windshield three pouches.
My question is what windshield has the thinnest thickness?
So far, I have learned that Fast Aire has a very good warranty, but the thickness is what I am looking for.
Thanks much in advanced
Nick

from fastaire website. Thickness: .138 +/- thick Polycarbonate, that's .015 thicker than stock HD shields.

Thanks for the info.
With the current stock wind shield, I already have a "big" gap at the top of the fairing, so I think adding any more thickness will not be good.
I guess the windshield people don't think about the faring pouches.
Keep looking!

The HD windshield varies from .122 -.126. If one were to go much lower than that you'd give up impact strength & aero stability = breaks easier and/or bends under wind pressure at higher speeds.

With an Aero windshield, a normal 3 bag system does not cause any issues.
Some bag systems use an extra thick attachment flap that could cause fitment issues with any windshield.

I have the Fast Aire "Aero" windshield and the T-Bags Windshield Bag 4. Both are a perfect fit.

I have the Fast Aire "Aero" and the HD windshield 3 bag, no problem at all with fitment.

I think you are over thinking the situation.

I hope you are right. I am very much locked into the Fastaire; the only thing that I wish they make is the clear one, but Jim has told me through email that they don't have a plan for a clear windshields.
I guess I will go with the light gray. Hopefully, I can see through it at night.

I just ordered a 7" dark Aero shield from you this morning, and I am also curious as to who has the best fitting windshield bag for the thicker shield.

Which brands have the thinner mounting flap?

Any particular brand you would suggest?

Just placed an order from you, including a fairing trim.
I wish there is a combined shipping, but it is not the case.
Hopefully, this is what i want.
