RIVCO Reciever hitch
Bought a new hitch. Reciever type. I don't like the looks of a ball on the back of my bike since I only plan to tow once or twice a year. Happy with the quality. Problem is I cannot get my hand up between the rear wheel and the Reciever after all the hardware is installed to insert the holding pin and retaining wire. I missing something. I'm pissed spent all the extra coin if I cannot use the hitch as designed because of a design flaw?

I would go through the instructions line by line to make sure nothing is assembled wrong. If no solution is found then call them. If you can't get a resolution with them and decide to buy a different hitch, MC hitch has great customer service, and hitches for most bikes that people tow trailers with. Good people, I've bought 2 hitches from them.

I agree. Look back through the instructions. They are an excellent company that produces high quality products. Or just call them, they will take all the time necessary to make you happy.
