Default Antenae relocation

Hey guys just wondering what everyone does when they pull antenaes off tourpack i am going to put it in fairing. I wanted to get chrome caps for the antenae studs but cant find them ,parts guy at dealer no help either anybody know what part number is from hd or if they even have something . If not them then where else can i find them

just run the hidden antenna inside the faring you wont need any mounting hardware it glues up inside and becomes invisible, a couple companies make them, harley has one too

Sorry, but "Everyone" does not remove their antennas and re-install them in an area where their performance will be greatly reduced. But there are many perceptions of "cool" out there so knock yourself out.

Sorry. My first post was the actual relocation of the antenna. After reading the original post again I see you're simply looking for ideas to conceal the mounts.

I used a chrome 'acorn' nut available at a hardware store. I also used a chrome hex nut below the acorn nut because the acorn nut didn't have deep enough threads. You could also trim the exisiting stud a little if you didn't want the additional hex nut.

If you can't find the metric nut size you need, just get 1/4-28's and run a metric tap through them. That's what I did.
