Thanks, It looks about the same as the earlier post copy of a draft letter. Other post documents happened to say it is an 0.2 hour labor cost warranty coverage for the dealer... but the letter says... 1/2 hour of "service time". Odd
unless the letter means the time from in the door to out the door.

Had my ECM flashed today and I can see a big difference with low RPM loads on the engine. Took about 1/2 hour in the door and out the door. Gator HD in Leesburg has been taking really great care of me, they have certain earned my respect and continued business.

i see that you are a dealer and maybe you can answer a couple of questions for me.
i have just discovered upon arrival in florida that my 07 street glide runs hot hot ,so much so that at times i want to jump out .
so, is it because it runs lean ?
and, can this be remedied by changing the ecm program .................
or installing the pc3 ? and do i do the exhaust /air filter also ?is this a must ,namely filter and exhaust ?
or anyhting else ?
and if you were not a dealer and bound to only stay within certain limits , what would your answer thejn be ,of course, purely speculative.

Very good point and in most cases should only be at that rpm on the way up or on the way down.

ecm flash seems to have made bike cool off?
just did 1000 and synth oil.
felt cool the whole day at 65 out and when i parked it in garage did not make that camp fire crackleing sound like before.
amy i imagining this? (oil cooler still on box)
