Thanks Guys.I can tear em apart and put them back together but I don't understand the technical part of the numbers.I am doing a 107 this winter and was gonna get rid of he 254's just have'nt decided on which direction I'm goin with cams, that popped into my head last night just thought I'd ask.Was lookin at Woods and got to lookin at the specs on andrews 54 got thinkin bought that.
How about giving me a good deal on your 254's? I am looking to go that route. 204 and 211's are noted for giving that wicked idle sound. One reason carbs can sometimes have that lope is they can set the idle down to 800 rpms or so. Some say it is bad to do it but I have a buddy that has had his carbed t/c set at 800rpm or so and well over 50,000 miles with no issues.
