based on her 'tone' to the question asked, 'are these chrome', you might have a difficult time getting a refund from her. but paying with paypal, at least you are protected.
if they are in fact just aluminum which I think they are ... send them back.. I have a brand new set of just beautifully chromed Genuine HD lowers still wrapped up I would sell for $195.00.. I was going to put on my street glide but i traded it in before I could do it , and my new bike had them already installed by the dealer...
I say stockers. Even in the auction the person say they dont know anything about bikes. Guessing what happened is at some point someone bought chrome sliders, swapped them out and put the old ones in the box. Then down the road someone this ebay person ended up with them and researched what the box says and is now selling them according to the box. They do however have a great feedback rating, and I bet once you get them and they are not chromed you can get a refund. But you never know maybe the pics is bad and in fact they are chrome. I doubt it though

Are they original HD chrome lowers or regular HD lowers that were chromed afterward?
The chrome sliders come with the reflector in the package they are just stuck on with tape. Putting them on is optional
I didn't have them installed on my bike
with my guess is harley includes them to comply with vehicle code requirements of different states
Looking at the listing, it really does look like they are the stock take offs, I would contact the seller before it ships to get a refund and avoid having to pay return shipping costs.
Dem ain't no chrome....My chrome sliders did not have reflectors on them when they came out of the box. Sorry but they look like OEM polished to me the lustre in the picture is not chrome.
Those are NOT chrome! To me it's irrelevant if it has reflectors or not, they just simply aren't chrome. The ones in my sig pic are, day and night difference, Sorry bro.
