I have had one since they first came out for the TBW models and love it. I had a SERT before that it always had decel pops even after being dynode a couple of times. No more decel pops, runs cooler, better throttle response.
The service group is very excellent too. I was on a 26 day ride across the US when I started having hesitation issues. I sent in a request and someone called me on a weekend and we worked out the issue ( a bad O2 sensor), gave me a work-around to ride until I got one (shut off the closed loop system), and Fed-EX'd a new O2 sensor to me (while I was on the road).
I think it is not only the product, but the service after the sale that creates loyal customers.
Anybody ever put their bike on the dyno after the Thunder Max? If so, how many miles did you have on the tune and did you pick up any HP or TQ in the process of switching over?
Sorry I cant help with dyno results. There are some sheets in this thread but you will have to go thru it to find them.
I have 4 TMax/ATuners and have never felt that it would be worth putting on a dyno, they seem to work that good for me.
Maybe someone else will chime in with befor and after results.
I know FuelMoto has a lot of charts on their web site.

In 07 I had a Wide Glide built mild to a 103. I had a Thunder-Max put on it. Rode it 500 miles and had it dynoed at a HD shop.
Had a SE high Flow air kit and a D&D Fatcat 2in1 with the quiet baffle.
If I remember right. It had 93hp and 104 torque.
The more I rode it the better it tuned and the better fuel milage it got.
On the new TBW thunder-max I have on the 11 FLHTK I can not say that.
My bike is running way too rich. And even though I have installed over 6 Thunder-Max on different bikes. I do not feel comfortable at my age to try to move the maps.
I'd hate to lean my bike or somebody else bike out to much trying to do it.
I think we need places across the U.S. setup that can and will dyno a Thunder-Max to see if we are in the right place with the canned maps we get from Zippers.
I have been told by dyno people a TM is hard for them to dyno and make changed to the TM
Guess it cause they don't really understand the program god.

With your numbers that you had on your 07, my numbers are close to that with the SESPT and a good dyno. I am happy with my numbers, but if I were to change (say, the 107 kit), then I would get the TTS as opposed to anything else, simply becuase of it's ease of use.

Have a buddy that had a 10 Flhtk and a 07 heritage, he put the tts on both of them
had them dynoed more than one time
he put a Tm on his heritage and liked it more
Hello,
I had a thundermax installed on my 08 Road King and absolutely loved it. I sold the bike and removed the thundermax, which I'm now going to sell because it will not fit my 2014 Street Glide. They are well worth the money. No more mapping and they self tune to your riding style.
