I agree with the LED lights costing too much.
What I did was to buy a clear tail light lens from J&P and just put a red LED bulb in the socket.
It cost a lot less. Only around $30 and looks Great.
I ordered the lens at Laughlin River Run. J&P has a tent and offered 10% discount with free shipping.

My flush mount LEDs in my custom fender were well over the price of BALs, but are worth every penny. SO MUCH more light than stock. For the money BAL taillights are a great addition. Safety is worth it to me.
