Your absolutely right, I guess I didn't think that through too well. In my mind the Landing Gear is more for disabled riders, I don't count chronic shortness as a disability. Sorry folks no offense meant toward short or disabled riders.

I'm 5'2" and I own a 2010 SG, and have the dropped seat kit by BaggerWerx installed on my bike. With that setup I have both of feet flat on the ground when at the stop. For me it was well worth it, and it is also less expensive than the Landing Gear.

Thanks for calling by Chantal - I have an image that most of these discussions are by 6 foot plus butch males! Not often we get an expert input. What do you wear on your feet?
