Default Which SG wheels are which?

I decided I really like the look of the SG wheels and would like to put a pair on my '02 Road King. I wasn't sure about the rear, since the newer bikes have the big rear tire, but thought at least the front. Well, I discovered that there seem to be 16", 17" and 18" front SG wheels. And, I also discovered that there's a 25mm axle. Not to mention what seems to be serious wheel bearing issues, which I'm not so sure I'm interested in worrying about. But, I'm still thinking about it, and wondering what year uses what size wheel? I started out thinking the front would be 18", but now that I see all three are out there, I'd probably be just as happy with a 17". Who knows what year = what size? I'm curious about the rear wheel diameter and width also, though if I found a good deal on a front by itself it wouldn't kill me to leave the stocker on the back... you can barely see it, and I don't think I want to deal with swapping the cush drive in anyhow.

'06,'07,'08 = 16" front

'09 = 17" front

'10,'11,'12 = 18" front

'08 is when the axle size changed

All years can be put on front with the right axle and spacers/bearings but the rear went wider in 09 so those years will not fit without extensive modification to earlier than 09 bikes.
