+ a billion about wiring opener to high/low beam.

I think the most common thing to hook up there is spotlights, or highway lights.

Powers off/on the hidden radar detector inside the faring.

With the new rolling code openers you can't just wire it to a 12v power source. You have to press the button each time because the code changes. So disconnect the wires from the aux switch and connect them to the garage opener. Find the connection points on the opener with a piece of wire. Usually 4 points on the bottom of the button and two will make the opener work. If you want to go 12v just remove the battery and attach two wires form the connections to a source on the bike, provided you have a 12v opener. Those are getting hard to find. Just attach the opener in the fairing with your favorite method.

My acc switch operates my heated vest plug. Bought a duetsch splitter from HD so I didn't need to solder into bikes electrical. With splitter you can wire one side to what you are using and then just plug it into bike.

According to the wiring diagram, it's wired on the same circuit as the cigarette lighter....the ORANGE lead.
