That's the one I have, built very solid and works like a charm ! I have a lowered fender and it does not hit.
I have that one too, on sale it's really hard to pass up. The thing is built like an anvil, only semi-cheap part of it are the clips for the cross-pins. I'm not a huge fan of Harbor Freight but that chock is worth it.
I have the Condor and the Harbour freight version. The Condor is all aluminum and HF version is all steel so it is heavier but I don't mind saving well over a hundred bucks and highly recommend the HF version.
Those HF chocks are great. My buddy has a Condor and we both put then side by side. They are the same chock, well I take that back, the HF one is built better. I got mine years ago for $44. It works as good now as it did then.
Has anyone mounted the HF chock to a trailer? I have a V-nose enclosed that'll fit my Limited ( barely), so pretty crowded up front. Just wondering if that can be done, or if they make/suppy a mounting plate. Thanks
Do you have to bolt the chock down or can you use it "portable?"
It has little plastic "feet" that screw in to the front section of the chock. I've put it in the bed of pickup trucks before, depending on how the bed floor is I've either left them on or removed them. I've never bolted it to anything. There are holes all over it to mount it to a trailer floor if you were so inclined, though.
