I would suggest the ViED. You can follow this recent thread too.

I put the VIED (variable unit) on pretty much the same setup you have and got the results your looking for.

Tucci,

Do you have any input on the thread I posted about tuning the ViED's?

I have the xieds and they have been an easy inexpensive solution.

2.) the novice cannot "read" plugs. Current fuel additive packages and mixtures do not leave much of an indication on the plugs.
Engine controls keep the motor operating within a narrow range.
Plug reading died in 1986, and was only a very, very coarse indication of fault ( oil fouling) or mixture-- Even if a plug showed a "rich" or "Lean" mixture- it took further testing to determine at which rpm range the motor was rich or lean. Possibly both, but under different conditions such as idling rich but lean at 4000 rpm

If you want to know what the mixture is doing you can attach a voltmeter to the o2 sensors and note the voltage under varying conditions- although the ECM will be correcting faster than you can blink.

What makes you think a little fattening is needed? Where in the map does it need the extra fuel? How much extra fuel does it need?

No disrespect intended but if you can't answer these very basic questions, then head in another direction as you're most likely going to waste both your time and money.

Good luck!

I have an 09 FLHTC.

96" ness air cleaner, stock no cat headers, hi flow supertrapps.

In completely stock form the motor would ping on 6% grades between 2800~3200 rpm- the xieds solved that.

Once that was solved I went to hi flow air cleaner and the supertrapps ( which I use on a number of bikes).

Many thousands of miles of good operation, MPG at 43 MPG ( was 44 MPG before Xieds)
