Can get one in american iron magazine, seen one in there for 299.00
Saw the $299 coupon in Cycle World and Rider magazine.
Let me know how you make out. I have that coupon and tried to buy it online, but they won't honour it. They say is has been discontinued. The coupon is good until March. They quote another lift, which is identical, but won't allow the coupon to be used.
That wheel vise style chock should never used as far as I am concerned, at least not without extra people and tie-downs. Be smart, and get the condor style chock with it. http://www.harborfreight.com/motorcy...ock-96349.html
I bought one several years ago, great piece of equip., replaced front wheel clamp with a wheel chock bought at HF. Found some old aluminum running boards and made them to fit on each side so they are removeable. You need to add something as you have very little foot room when loading, etc. Also put wheel chock as far forward as possible so the rear wheel will drop down if removing. Get you an old screw jack for using when raising bike rear tire. I got one an a auto salvage yard and welded a plate on it. I think you will enjoy this lift...
