I bought the MPAK 4 kit for my bike and it rocks. I believe the J&M amp is a re-badged ARC amp. I found that out when researching which set up to buy for myself. I am sure you'll love the upgrade, regardless of what you get.

These videos are a MUST WATCH for anyone wanting to configure, wire, install and adjust the J&M ROKKER series audio systems for your Harley Bagger ,,,,,,
Rockford fosgate amp and speakers. Can only turn it 1/4 the way up and it hurts my ears running 90 on the big road. Pm me and i can give you all my prices and the best place to get it. J&M overpriced
I have my Jm 500 4ch amp hooked up. put in Polk Audio marine grade 6.4" components in the fairing and Polk's 6x9 3 way in the saddlebag lids. The amp will put out 125 watts per channel, and the speakers are rated for 125 continuous. I'll tell you, it's clean sound, I can crank it and wow, it's pretty awesome.
I'm happy with the JM amp. It comes with a bracket that bolts right in, and all the wiring, plugs and adapters you need to just hook it up. There's a lot of value in that.
