I just got my PV and loaded the drivers. Married it to my bike and flashed a new tune. It seems like the drivers are working well, because I can get the PV info from it and I saved a file to it from Dynojet.

The problem is it says to update the software with the PV update client. The update client keeps telling me to connect the PV to the puter when it is connected. I can't check for any software updates because what ever I do, the thing says to connect the PV.

I always have good results when I first plug in the PV then open the update client or the WinPV software.

 

So far, I haven't been able to do that. Seems like I've got all the functionality except being able to update.

 

Think I got it figured out.

 

when i plug in my pv, and go through the update client, it tells me to connect the pv to the computer. i then click the 'okay' button, and go on with the update...... doesn't yours do that?
