Corbin and stock backrest

Hey guys, does the Corbin dual tour seat work with the stock HD passenger backrest on an EG, or do you lkhave to replace with Corbin backrest and pad?

Will not work, have to have a Corbin, or a knock off with a square post.

Thanks for the info! I assume the seat sets too far back on the fender and would be in the way of the sissy bar.

My '96 FLHR works with the Harley passenger backrest. Not sure why the new ones don't. Best is to email Corbin and ask them.

I may have given you mis information, i thought you were referring to the drivers backrest, but after I re read you post, I see that you are talking about the passenger backrest. I would assume it should work, but can not be 100% certain.

I have the corning classic solo and passenger pillion
and my Hd passenger back rest still works. I used it when the rife rode until I got a tour pack
