Default Road KIng shifter
Looks like the old owner chewed up the allen you lossen to adjust the toe an heel shifter.

All my allens are metric but could some kind member tell me the size of allen is required to adjust the shifter?

Also if it turns out being stripped whats the best way to get this sucker adjusted and off?

If the allen is stripped you might try an EZ-Out extractor.

The allen size to adjust the shifter is 1/4"

As far as getting it out if stripped, I'll defer to someone with more expertise in these issues!
