I've been looking into getting some apes for awhile now and I saw a forum member post a picture of some Vindikta custom bars. I sent Joe an email a few weeks ago on a weekend when he was at a show and had a response within a few hours. Last week I left a message to inquire about the pullback on the bars he built and again within an hour I got a call back to discuss exactly what I wanted.
Today I placed an order for some bars and he called me to get some specifics and not only is he going to email me pics once he gets them mocked up to make sure I like them, he is going to call a friend of his to get me some more info on what length of cables I am going to need.
I'm completely blown away by his outstanding customer service and from what I have seen, his product matches it in every way. I can't wait to get them in a few weeks and get them put on.
If anyone out there is looking at getting custom bars for their bike, give him a call. I Highly recommend them.
I just had Joe build me a set of bars and should have them by Friday. I also recieved GREAT customer service from Joe himself, great guy to do business with, am anxious to get them on my bike. Even though he is extremely busy he always takes the time to either call back or E-mail you. I had a few extra request for additional pics of my bars and he was happy to reply. Will post up pics when installed, and highly recommend giving the Vindikta site a look at.
No, I haven't. The should be getting back from powder coat any day now. I hope to get them next week. I'll definitely post pics.
Yep, it was ironic that as I was posting that question, Joe emailed me a few pics of my bars in mockup. I asked for a few changes and he is going the extra mile to make sure these are what I want. I couldn't be happier and like your thread states....Customer Service is priority 1.
Ps....he said your bars were at powder so hopefully you have them soon. I can't wait for mine!!
I ordered the Wildcats with an up sweep to them. Should look BadAss!!!
