Tps problem I think

Make sure & check that pins aren't bent in connectors, both male & female sides, if bypassing the tmax doesn't work. Disconnecting & reconnecting them can misalign a pin.

Yeah I checked the pins and they were all straight in both male and female sides

My buddy just dropped off a new tps module so I'm gonna try it on my lunch
I'm praying that solves my problem. It's gonna be near 55 here today

Let us know. You got my curiosity peaked. I mean maybe it is the tps just cant figure out what would let it idle then you give it the fuel and air then it dies?

the tps solved my problem!

When i was installing it i could feel the spring felt better

i will post uo a video in a sec of it running thanks for all your help guys!

btw randy at tmax and brian at hpi were very helpful thru the whole process!

Yeah, that was too easy. I had a bad TPS and it did some weird things while I was trying to diagnose it, but never anything like what you experienced. You're lucky and found the cure quickly, but it took me over a year of widely dispersed misfiring and high-idle behavior.
