Default Revolution Performance EMS

I guess I better start this thread with what I have. I have a 2007 Electra Glide Classic with about 35K on her. My sig tells what I have done to the engine make me happy.

I have been researching and reading and reading and reading about the Revolution Performance EMS system. It seems like this system is pretty dam good and it will fit my needs perfectly.

To the members that installed this system, how is this working out for you? Have you had any issues and if so, what were they? Also, the new O2 sensors, are they the same length as your existing ones? The reason that I ask this question is the Jagg oil cooler adapter is about 1/2" from touching the stock sensor. If the new sensors are the same length I will have no interference issues, but if they are longer I will have to move the bungs.

Thanks for all your help in this matter.
Keith

Good luck with the RevPerformance tuner.

Looking at your engine stats makes me drool.....I bet she REALLY runs hard.

Sure wish I had that crank and lefty bearing in mine right now.

Got one on my 09 SG....No complaints but I only have a Stage 1 set-up. The O2 sensor lines are a lot longer then the stock ones. In fact, I ran the front line in the wire channel under the tank. The rear line, I had to loop around the battery to shorten it.

Plug n Play, except sending the ECM to Rev Performance for the re-flash which your have back within 2 days.

Love mine. Dont let the oil cooler steer your boat. Figure out a solution. The rev per is the chit!

This product seemed to get a fair bit of activity here a year or so ago and then interest fell off. I wonder why it fell off the map. I'd be interested to hear comments from long term users.

The economy probably is to blame. People see $800+ on the web site and probably say forget that, I can buy a PC5 for a lot less or a Fuel Pak for even cheaper. The $800+ is MSRP, Drago Bike Works / Fuel Moto sells it for a lot cheaper......

You can get it from FM in the mid-600's. This solution is way superior to a PC V.

I think that would depend on whether you value the ability to tweak your tune once the tuner is installed. The EMS is what it is and is not adjustable by the rider, but the PCV at least has numerous adjustments, and the AT option can be added for true real-time auto-tuning of AFR that uses the same Bosch LSU4 WB O2 sensors used by the EMS.

That's why it fell off my short list of potential tuners, I called them and you can't get it custom configured either.
