Question from a newbie
Miles.... a lot of them
That way you will figure out what YOUR bike needs.
The bike needs nothing except gas & maintenance. As you ride it you'll figure out what you need the bike to do for you. Performance, comfort, long hauls, bar hopping, depends how you use it and what you want it to do for you.
This forum is a great place for ideas, help, information and of course, opinions.
But only you can decide what your bike "needs".

Well, you bought it used. It may have all you need. One of the advantages of a used bike is that someone else has done some of the modifications.
Whenever I buy a used car or truck I change the fluids so I know I am startng fresh. I like to change the shocks when I get a used vehicle. And, make a note of the date and mileage for future reference.
Check the break pads, drive belt and other maintnance items.
Get a service manual so you have some clue of what to check and how to do so. Do the 1000 mile service and then the maintnance as indicated thereafter.
And, as bugbyter said, put miles on it. She will tell what she needs.

You don't NEED to add anything to it. I'm sure it runs fine just the way it is. Just ride it for a while and you will start to wish you had something. Wait for that to happen and save your money, don't just run out and buy stuff because someone else did or says you need to.
