I have a 09 streetglide 103 w/ FuelMoto levelB headwork, Woods 777 cams and lifters, Fuelmoto adjustable pushrods ,bigsucker air , v&h dresser duals, rinehart slips, pcv w/autotune. Installed map sent from Kieth @ Fuelmoto but is was for 107 kit. The bike runs very well accept in the 2000-3000 rpm range it stumbles bad in 2nd-6th gear not in 1st. Called Keith asked what was wrong and he sent me a new map for 103. Installed the map and it still has the same problem. I changed afr from 13.8 to 13 no change. Changed to 14 no change. The bike idles fine and runs great other then the above mentioned. Thanks for any info. Will try and call when they open back up.
Well tried everything. Went back into the cams every thing timed right , readjusted the pushrods, checked for intake leaks, changed afr table like Kieth told me. Changed fuel tables. Disconnected auto tune. Compression is 170psi both cylinders. Bike still runs great above 3000rpm but still stumbles between 2000-3000rpm sent Jamie a email and will see if he has any solutions. If anyone has some info. Im willing to try anything at this point. Im still happy with Fuelmoto I just need to find a solution. Thanks for any help.
Bigger heads, bigger cams, Dresser Duals. These are all items that will effect the lower rpm range. Are you really feeling a stumble, or simply the nature of the beast with your mods?
Yes its a stumble loss of power, like if you where to spray a bunch of carb cleaner in ther till it bogs and crank her down and at 3000 she takes off like a bat outa hell.

I'm with you, that size cam, that size of heads, TD's, not enough cylinder pressure all in the same package.. 25 psi more and a better tune than a downloaded map sounds like it might be in the cards.

What does your timing table look like in that range? I had what I thought was a miss and it turned out the timing was retarded in that range. But mine was only at 2700-3000 and it didn't happen all the time. But I guess if your timing was retarded too much you would be getting detonation too late and could cause loss of power.
Save the original map then figure out the percentage of throttle the bog starts at..you're starving for fuel sounds like...select a range and add 5 numbers in each cell then give it a try..dont forget you have to add for both cyls..if it gets a little better give it some more..till it feels mushy or burbles then pull a little out. Jamie and Keith are awesome at this..when I felt as though I was buggin them and asked ..they encouraged me to try a few adjustments..If it doesnt work go back to the original map , what do you have to loose? Good Luck
