disappointed passenger after attempting to install her adjustable foot rest from Kuryakyn on our 2012 ultra with Reinhardt classic duals. The RH side works perfect but the LH is a no fit. even with the mount in lowest position there is no enough clearance for the peg. Will put a call into tech an am
I had the same question. I have them on my 08. I know they sell a left side braket if it is needed that has a longer shank. I managed to lower the floorboard on the left side and it fit for me but it is close. Im sure the tech guru can help you out, they are pretty good about that stuff when i had called them a few times.
picture? I have just the HD chrome mounts and I dont have any issues on primary side but i have to leave it at the highest mount on the exhaust side. due to my rinehart extreme true duels head pipes. frustrated to say the least my wife is 6' tall. and its not very comfortable for her.
If your installing the kuryakyn adjustable passenger pegs on the stock floor board mount, it will NOT fit with the Rinehart TD's until you install the extended floor board mount. Kuryakyn sells them, and HD may now as well.
If you haven't, remove the left side exhaust. The install will go much easier when you have the extended mount.

And you may have to notch the extended mount to keep the pipe from tapping on it.
Maybe you ordered the wrong ones. We had the Kuryakyn style on our 03 Ultra with Reinhart slip-ons, ordered the ones specified for Reinharts and I love them ! I didn't get a chance to install them, we were at some friends' garage and they grabbed them & started messing with them so I laughed, grabbed a cold beer and watched them work !
DH thought it was easier to reach back and move them forward so I wouldn't "wiggle so much" pushing them forward. I learned not to "lock" them in place, then I could move to different settings and push back when needed. Only regret is this set won't fit on the new 12 Ultra (ordered & to ship March 7th) but I chose the Kuryakyns again over HD to go on the new bike (and saved $ 40 for something else).
