Default wire diagram

thank you for all this help
this is diagram I did use to wire up the last time I did try to fix it
the only thing I can think of at this point is the TBW is a bad one??
just because it came new in box doesn't mean its a good one


but I will try one more time to look at the wires all over just in case I did mess something up
just don't see it I was so carful
even checked the voltage from yellow covered wires and black covered wires


don't remember at this point but
one side had 1.6 volts and when you twist throttle it goes up to 5 volts
the other for some reason starts at 5 volts and goes down from that point
I was thinking is it possible for these to be reversed ??

The voltages sound like the correct numbers. I'd go over everything again double checking molex connector making sure the pins, (or a single pin) isn't pushing out of place during connection. It's real easy to put a wire in the wrong place. I've done the same and looked at it 100 times and swore I had it right. Keep at it you'll figure it out. If you still have the stock TGS you could plug it up outside of the bars and see if it clears the codes when plugged in.
