I had a friend that had problems with his 07 ultra not running right with 37K on the clock. He is a DIYer and did not change the filter at 25K and lo and behold when the Fuel filter was changed it ran like a champ. I would say as others, fuel can be VERY dirty. If you use the same station that is new clean you might get better results, however, if you are traveling alot and do not really know how old or clean the fuel you are pumping a 25K change out is cheep insurance IMHO. I would go ahead and check with the parts person if they have them in stock, if the dealer doesnt have them in stock then you can order them and have them when your ready. Also its best to do it when your down to a 1/4 tank of fuel.
