++ to this reply. You can do the install yourself -HD gives you pretty thorough install instructions. Pricey yes ($900+) but compared to other bling; this one might help safe your life so how do you put a price on that! My

If you want to be seen by other vehicles during daylight hours, DO NOT get the HD led headlamp. You cannot see that headlight from an angle such as a car coming from a side street or making a left turn in front of you. It's only visible head-on during the day.
If you want more visibility go with the Truck-Lite. It's less expensive and does a better job being seen from an angle.
I have TL headlight, HD led passing lamps, custom dynamics turn signals front and rear and a Badass modulating tail lamp. I also have a modulator installed on my front headlight. All plug and play. the total cost for all was about $800.

I would not count on a cage to see ANY bike headlight from an angle during the day, led, h4 or hid. That's why I put side marker lights on my bike but even then I don't count on them seeing me. I remain vigilant and ready to blast the horn.

I am getting ready to pull the trigger on LED for my SG. Even with the dual Halogen HD light, I can't see for chit on low beams. I have played around with the aiming but it don't cut it.

Leaning towards the HD version although I am tempted to go with the Phase 7 Truck Light (if they would ever get released) . I am not at all impressed with the aestetics of the TL Phase 6 but the Phase 7 looks nice.

I chose the Trucklight brand because of the increased visibility during the day. The difference is significant. Wouldn't go back. Also, they are the easiest thing you'll ever install on your bike.

I have the HD LED Headlight and side lamps. I bought them because I had a problem seeing at night. I no longer have that problem. They are expensive but they certainly make a difference for me.
