Nute, you are also correct about the 7" headlight. I posted the wrong part number (can't blame it on the booze - haven't had any yet), but still the same problem.
Correct number is 67791-91T for 7" headlight
67751-91T was for 5-3/4" headlight.

Gary, you are correct on 67791-91T... However, I knew what you were getting at .... and .... there is NO problem with water in the passing lamps either!

Default Headlight visor issue ( the one with the Gold emblem)

I just bought the same thing for my Ultra(2008).. moves side to side, back & forth- .. how do I secure it? I took it off until I can get some advice...

The Passing lamp visors are fine because I also had to buy and install the new trim rings ...

Rick, you have to go to the dealer and buy an install kit. It includes a rubber o-ring and 2 springs. After I returned all the visors, I checked the new touring bikes on the floor and they don't have that black o-ring around the headlight either. I guess Harley isn't making enough money so they delete that kit and then sell it back to you when you want to install the visors. Pretty shitty in my opinion.
