Okay I am not sure what your tax return looks like but here is what i did..
I bought a set of 11" apes from ebay for 159.00, installed them myself.. It was a job it took me about 7 hours.
If you go anything taller you may require a cable and wire extensions. Take lots of pictures while disconnecting the wires etc.
So the bars will cost you give or take 200 if you do it yourself.
if you pay someone dealer local shop etc you are looking at 1100 to 1400.
The question of wheels, hold on to the rest of the money this site has really good deals. I put a set of agitators 19" front and 18" rear for about 1100.00 including labor.
If you shop around you may get a GREAT DEAL.
