Route 6 between Wellsboro and Kane
Route 66 between Kane and route 80
Route 120 between Lock Haven and St Marys
Route 555 from Driftwood (on 120) through Benezette, and then 155 to Dubois
Almost anything north of 80 & west of 15, is a nice ride.
I also 2nd the motion on 125 from 209 up to Shamokin, then 54 to 180 to 15 , and up to 6 west. (Go up 15 & take the Millersburg Ferry across the Susquehanna, to 209.)
A nice "day" trip for you would be turnpike to the New Stanton exit, to Uniontown, 40 to 68 to Cumberland MD, 99 up toward Altoona, and back on 22. (I hate driving on 22 myself, so I'd go to Cumberland on 68, grab a burger & turn around & go back on the same route! Nice scenic route down that way.)
ride rt 19 north from zelienople almost to erie.and the rt 6 from kane to pa grand canyon is awsome.butler 356 to 119 to 30 down to hidden valley or seven springs
There are a lot of scenic two lane roads in the northern part of the state. Unfortunately, with all the well drilling going on now, the truck traffic has increased dramatically, and the roads are taking a beating.

I disagree. I live up there, and the roads that are getting beat up are secondary roads that I wouldn't be "touring" on anyway. There's some more truck traffic, but most of it is east of Wellsboro & Mansfield & route 15. Still a great ride on anything west of Wellsboro. Not a fun ride on 6 now, between Mansfield & Scranton.
Route 30 west of Chambersburg.... up and over the mountain. Be sure to stop at the Mountain House which is literally on the peak of the mountain. Great views and pretty girls serving up cold beers.
209 from the Susquehanna to the Delaware, stop at Schoch H-D south of E Stroudsburg, museum upstairs & loads of collectibles.
443 from Fort Indiantown Gap, will pass near Schaeffer's H-D in Orwigsburg,to Lehighton,248S past Keystone H-D to 895 back to 443 in Pine Grove.
There is nothing left in the museum at Schoch's Harley. Bikes are sold and no more collectables. The owner is selling the dealership and got rid of tons of stuff.

+1 the ride up the hills with the twists is a great ride. I love that ride. I hate getting West of Chambersburg.
I like the 99 ride from Altoona to State College then 322 into Hershey.
