Default tbw problem?

spent most of the day running the wire on the 577's got em all back together and the throttle sensor seems harder to turn than before i took it apart. could just be me could be i screwed something up. it still twists fine with no binding or anything just seems a little harded to turn. is this something i should worry about?

You say it's not binding so there shouldn't be a problem, but you can have the grips and clamp on too tight, as in being pushed too far on the bars. Just loosen the screws on the clamp and push the clamp maybe 1/32" towards the outside of the bar and see if it changes it. I have seen many people have this adjusted wrong.

I have the switch housing loose screwed together. the grips are not on yet. i just wanted to get throught the bs today. im still waiting on the cables and riser bushing to start putting back together. i was just turning it by hand at the sensor

it is harder to twist by hand without a grip on it. Normal. Try slidding a grip on it and twist it.
