99 Twin cam
99 Twin cam
I have a 99 twin cam when at idle everything is cool but when you take off there a knock in the bike as you speed up it goe's away. Any one else have this issue. its in back of the motor area no vibrations or nothing happening

...could be detonation, or 'pinging" as they say. Are you running good high-test gas? It could also be a symptom of a bad compensator. If it's a "metalic rattle" it could even be a bad piston wrist-pin bushing, which would allow the piston to "bounce" off the cylinder walls...seen that before, and oddly enough it was my buddies 99 Twin Cam
