Default Turn/Brake/Run Module on a Street Glide

Hello, just wondering if the turn/brake/run module will turn the lower led in the rear fender into a brake light on a 2012 street glide? I read a few threads and on 08's and earlier it would not do it. Thanks

It is my understanding that the turn/brake/run module will not turn the lower LED into brake light. You will need a different lower LED, which Harley sells. The one that comes with the bike is not connected to the brake light circuit. I know that because I had to replace mine...

Just today I replaced the stock Tri-Bar with the HD Run/Brake version (67774-10) on my 2012 SG. While I didn't pay much attention before, when the brakes are applied the Tri-Bar lights go on a click before the upper brake lights. Odd. The installation was very quick, very simple, very easy. Probably 15 minutes once you have parts/tools (T-20 Torx) ready. I belive there are some threads here about modifying your existing Tri-Bar to be a run/brake, take a look if that interests you.

Next week my Custom Dynamics order should arrive with full LED's for front and back along with the load equlizer and a "Magic Strobe". The Magic Strobe is like a "Back-Off" module that will provide 10 various flash and strobe options covering both stock lights and LED's.

68358-07A is for ’06-’09 FLHX models

67774-10 is for '10-later FLHX models and costs $30 more

I can’t understand why 68358-07A is compatible with ’09s, the year starting the wider fender and what would be different on an ’10 that would require a different part.

LED's are faster to turn ON when compared to regular light bulbs. That's why you see the difference.

Turned my tri-bar into a dedicated brake light by switching 1 connector wire.
