Got Chubby 518's on mine. I am 6' tall and have a Corbin seat that lowers you and moves you to the rear. The bars are perfect for me on the road.I do notice that they get into your hip at full turn. Has to be to the locks to be noticed. This is normally while backing that ithappens to me.Again, while drivingthey are perfect.
I did the Heritage bars on mine and love em. I have a Corbin solo which definately moves you back and I am 6' and have a 37' inch shirt sleeve to give you an idea of my reach.
I like the pullback RK handlebars 55954-00 on my RKC but as mentioned it really depends on what is comfortable for you. I am about 5"10" and they are comfortable for me. I do use a back rest which also changes riding position.
The stock bars made my upper back/neck ache. I installed the Heritage bars and my back/neck still ached. Then my windshield cracked and I installed the 17" Clearview windshield with their 'recurve', and presto, my aches and pains were gone. What I found out was that the top of the stock windshield was directly in my vision plane requiring me to ride with my head tilted ever so slightly upwards so I could see over the shield. Think about it, your head tilted back for hours and hours. If you want bars for looks that's one thing but if you want to change bars for comfort, give some consideration to what I've said. Could be you have the same problem. BTW, the chrome Heritage bars look great.
