Default Bag extensions

Anyone know if cyclesmiths aluminum bag extensions will fit around monster ovals on a 09 ultra classic? Thanks Jim

I've seen extensions around Monster Ovals before, but they require some additional cutting.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

I know this is just my opinion, but I've seen those aluminum extenstion on baggers & they look horrendous. IMO - do it right & get a set of extended saddlebags...

Well I thought if I bought the black instead of the chrome I would paint them the same as the bags.Feel more comfortable reworking the aluminum than glass or abs.

If you are set on keeping the MOs, get extensions. I'm normally a big proponent of true stretched bags, but you would not gain any interior volume by having bags custom fit around MOs, the sides would be so thin.

I can tell you for sure that Monster ovals do not fit with Harley extended bags if that helps

They won't fit with Monster Ovals:

People thing you can move them closer to the tire but you can't.
They are as close to the Axel Nut as it can get.
