So when i turn my key thing to the right all the way to acc, my radio plays and my led lights come on, but so does my speedo and rpm lights. Is that normal,is this like acc in a car for just listening to the radio?

Yup. Unless you already hooked something up to it, it goes to nothing but a empty plug. It's on the same 15 amp fuse as the cigarette lighter labeled P&A.

There is a plug under your seat that is connected to that ACC switch.
I do not have a clue what anyone would plug in there that would need a master switch. The wattage for that circuit is low from what I've read.
