yeah I may do that with the chrome lower legs

I can get the entire front end chromed including the cans for about $250 locally, so the progressive kit may be an add on to that.

Looks good man congrats.......If it were me I would go with the Progressive monotube suspension kit and the chrome lowers.........way better than just lowering springs

Nice, I like those wheels for sure. I would go black front end if it were on my bike but to each his own. What kinda seat you got on that bike?

You'll get used to the 21/18 combo after about 10-15 miles.

Bike looks great!

Mine just got a facelift, well more like a footjob, or oh well you get teh idea.

Upgrade the stock 16in wheels to a full 21/18 package from PM.

the wheels are the LUXE in Chrome, Front is a 21x3.5 and rear is an 18x4.25

the wheels come with Metz rubber on them and the deals include the front two rotors, the new PM machined axle and installation

I was out the door for just a tick under $3100 with everything included.

Never thought I would upgrade the wheels on the SG and if I did probably only up to the new stock 18in SG wheel, but we went way beyond that now.

The ride has changed, for those that are thinking about something similar.

As stated, my SG was riding around on the stock 16 front and 16 rear and still on the factory 402's

First impressions are that the bike is WAY MORE NIMBLE, ok it's not a corner carver or crotch rocket by any stretch, but compared to the balloon tires that were on stock, this thing has a much sharper turn in now.

the ride did get a little stiffer, still drives smooth down the road, but you can feel that something has changed in the ride.

Additionally the bike sits higher, but I can still flat foot it, and I am 5'11" with a 30 inseam

i don't have many miles on the tires yet, and PM did tell me to take it easy for about the first 50 until they get scuffed in, but so far I am as happy as a pig in ****!

Igenf,

Looking at the before and after photo.

It really flows better and balances out more. Once you get your lowers chrome, your pretty much set!

Good Job and Enjoy!

Ride Safe,

YB

but they can!

they will ship them home for you for $50 if you can't take them with you
