Got a quick question. I have checked with search and cant find what im looking for. I have a 2011 SG with 103. It is all stock including intake. I only have Rush 4in Pipes without baffles. I have a SERT and all i am wanting to do right now is to add a little fuel to stock map to get rid of lean state. I cannot find a tune anywhere for such a thing and i cant figure out why. If i could get any help i would app. it. Thanks. If it matters i only use 93 oct. I just hate the decell pops. thanks.
You probably won't be able to find a tune/map because the addition of "slip-ons" wouldn't typically warrant a new mapping. With that said, I have the SE Pro Tuner which includes the Smart Tune feature; this allows me to record data via the VCI and update the existing map/tune which resides within the ECM.
Dont think you will find a stock tune, but you should be able to tweak the tune you have. Like previously mentioned the smart tune works the best. If you dont have that feature you can go into the AFR tables and make small adjustments to tune out the popping. Check some of the tuner threads and you will find loads of info on how to do it.
Flash in 2010-2011 stage 1 touring 103 map, then do a few Smart tune runs. You should be able to find that calibration # in the calibration description PDF that comes with the program disk. Might run rich at first, but the Ves will be trued up via Smart tuning.
Then once your Ves are trued up, you can adjust AFR target map or decel eleanment table, depending on what kind of pop you are getting.
