04 electra standard headlight conversion
ive been searchin on here as well as google. basically i wanna put the clear glass headlamp on the bike as well as the smaller turn signals seen on the street glides. not worried so much about the blinkers as that wont be to bad. i got a line on a 08 headlight assembly and i wanna know whats needed to do the swap? if someone whos done it before could tell me or send me a link on the proccess. your help and time will be greatly appreciated.

If you go to the online parts microfiche and look at the 2004 headlamp parts diagram and compare it to the 2008 headlamp parts diagram you should be able to figure out what needs to be done.

im gonna put the clear headlight on it and take off the other 2 side lights as well as install the smaller blinkers that the newer bikes have. im basically wondering if i need to buy the 100$ harley adapter to make this process happen. im pickin up the whole assembly for 50$ (just the head lamp)
