Finally figured out how to upload pictures. Here's my ride!

You reduce the resolution, that will reduce the file size, not the photo size.

You can get a free Photobucket account then upload them there and paste links that way the photos will be full size and those viewing them don't have to hover the mouse over the pict and wait for it to load.
