Update com system
Has anyone had trouble updating their communication system with the CD provided with the hd head sets. I have a 2007 altra and trying to match the system. I can only get half the system to upgrade to the 821 code. The TMS code still remainds at 819. It says that the radio system will shut down twice then it will prompt you to exit. I let the radio play for 20 minutes and it still did not shut off for the 2nd time as indicated. It says to contact your dealership if this happens. My thought is maybe someone on the forum has encountered this situation and can give some guidance.

The TMS320 will remain at 8.19
the ST10 will update to 8.21 in this case.
As a note
Two additional updates have been done since 8.21.
They would be 8.22 and the current 8.25
In either case, the TMS320 will remain at 8.19
