I have both our 07 and 08 UCs beefed up to 103 because of some motor problems and saved me tons on labor cost, both runs very good and we ride long distance most of the rides.Leaky wire plug on the primary turned out to be close to $800 job last week, thank God I extended my ESP to 5 more years few weeks ago.

I think you will find there is not much difference in cost to go to a 107" vs a 103" at the point you are at. I would put the 107". I have a 103" and looking at going to the 107". 107" is about as big as you want to go before major work will be needed in the lower end which gets much more expensive.

anyway, my 2 cts.

You will be wasting money going 107 unless you are gonna pull it apart anyway. If you are pulling it apart anyway to do other work and want to spend an extra $400-500 for 4 hp than by all means, do it.

I bought a complete stage II 103 upgrade kit on ebay for 400 bucks new. I would not recommend used at all with the price drops of low demand kits dealers are putting on ebay. the stage II kit has the stage I intake, 103 upgrade, and 255 cams. some versions of the stage II kit has exhaust pipes so there are different part numbers. one version of the stage II kit includes cam bearings...another does not.

Thanks for the input guys. Decided to do the Stage 2 with 255 cams. I already have a SERT, which will save me some $$ and a really good Tech. Decided to stay away from the used parts I have
