also, if you have the L shaped allen wrench, try slipping a box end wrench on it for leverage
Or a length of pipe over the end. I would also take a center punch and strike the inside of the allen bolt to shock it and break the bond. Similar affect as an impact driver.
the bolt head takes a large Allen . i just have a big key no socket .
If you're doing any of your own wrenching on a Harley, you really need to buy a set of allen head sockets. Even a cheap set will get you by, with a socket and 3/8" ratchet you would probably be able to break that bolt. Almost impossible with a hand key wrench.

i was going to see if i could find a CHEATER pipe maybe 12" to fit over the key.
What is a "PB blaster"....?
Just go and get the propped socket. Buy just the one you need and it will only cost a couple of bucks. That way you do not have to MacGyver a fix. Also as said before PB boaster is much better than WD-40. Buy some when you get the socket.

I got a set of hex sockets from Lowes when I put my Harley Goodies footboard extensions on. My Allen set wasn't cutting it. Especially the left side..... Even the BFH wasn't helping.
Not sure if i can get a socket or a impact driver on the bolt as it is in a very tight spot on the inside of the frame . i will take a few measurments before i go tool shopping.

Just pick up a universal swivel with the sockets. It will get you on to the bolt at a bit of an angle which will be what you need.
