Small Question?

I recently added a Dakota Digital gauge set to my Ultra Classic. So therefore I now have the oil gauge that show the temp. Ques...what is a normal temp for the oil for touring motors?

Not a simple answer to that question, lot of variables. Wilmington in the summer, no oil cooler, easy cruising you're probably looking at 240+, traveling highway speed you're probably gonna see 260+.

thanks , I noticed a temp of 211 yesterday while riding. should be higher later on this summer for sure.
