53803-06 Hardware kit 07 roadking

I just got this kit and after looking at it, there is a "bracket from the sissy bar upright kit" missing. It looks like to goes from the mounting bracket but not sure where the other end connects too. Does anyone know if this is missing or was it not included in this kit?

I have a 07 Roadking and only the sissy bar hardware I dont have a luggage kit.

you can see the part in figure 7 and in figure 8 the part letter is K, that seems to be the piece i dont have

It is a spacer or washer.

I have this same kit on my bike. Took me a few min how to get it to fit properly. Thought I had ordered the wrong kit but it will work. If all your running is either a sissy bar or luggage rack. You can't run both unless you have the rear hoops.
