last november i had to repair one of the fairing brackets and put everything back together did not notice anything because winter was here andno riding now that riding season is here i have rubber rubbing noise and also between the inner and outer fairing there is little bit of a gap down near the headlight just wondering what i might have missed i also check tightness of the bolts .

Sounds like the fairing is not in place. Loosen everything, move the fairing around and see if the fairing will "fall" back into place. You tightened the fairing up without it being in its proper resting place.

The interval between the posterior commissure of the labia majora and the anus constitutes the perineum, or commonly known as "taint." Should the wind follow the contour of the labia majora down to the perineum, it will make a whistling sound. So to answer your question, yes it will cure a problem with the labia majora
